Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting us via email or phone.

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

• Due to the personal nature of bath & body products, we do not accept returns once the package is opened, unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

• If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos and order details.

• Once approved, we will process a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
